Janjalia and M. Bulia from the project&#8217;s partner organization\u2014the G. Chubinashvili National Research Centre for Georgian Art History and Heritage Preservation.<\/p><p>During the meeting, the partner institutions presented progress reports on the activities conducted during the previous phase of the project. These included preparations for founding the &#8220;Black Sea Cultural Port&#8221; institution, establishing local networks of participating organizations, and implementing training sessions for member organizations within these local networks. The activities carried out by the Georgian team (presented by M. Janjalia) were recognized as highly successful, receiving outstanding evaluations from both the lead beneficiary institution\u2014the European Centre for Byzantine and Post-Byzantine Monuments (EKBMM, Thessaloniki)\u2014and all project partners.<\/p><p>The assembly also deliberated on matters concerning the subsequent development of the project, defining its future goals and objectives.
