The consortium of institutional partners includes: Istanbul University and Ko\u00e7 University (Turkey); the Municipality of Kavala (Greece); the National History and Archaeology Museum in Constan\u021ba (Romania); the Department of Culture and Tourism of the Odesa Municipality (Ukraine); and the Municipality of Varna (Bulgaria). The initiative is structurally supported by the Organization of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation (BSEC), the Black and Azov Seas Ports Association (BASPA), and the International Black Sea Club (IBSC).<\/p><p>The primary objective of the project is the development of cultural tourism within the Black Sea region and the establishment of a new institution &#8211; the <em>Black Sea Cultural Port &#8211; <\/em>utilizing strategic insights from the <em>European Capital of Culture<\/em> framework.
