Merited Artist of Georgia (1967). One of the most prominent representatives of Georgian ceramic art, his work was thematically connected to Georgian folklore\u2014particularly folk tales. Z. Maisuradze studied at the Tbilisi State Academy of Arts (1932\u20131938), where he also taught (1939\u20131959).
