On July 30-31, the Centre’s gallery hosted its inaugural exhibition. The photographic showcase was dedicated to documenting the current condition of cultural heritage monuments in Abkhazia.
The event was organized by the youth association Youth for Art, under the leadership of project coordinator Levan Amiranashvili.
The opening ceremony was attended by Besik Matsaberidze, representative of the Ministry of Culture; Ms. Yaroslava Petrova, Cultural Attaché of the Embassy of the United States; Dimitri Tumanishvili, Chairman of the Centre’s Academic Council; researchers of the Centre; alongside delegates from the Tbilisi State Academy of Arts and members of the public.
