On November 10–14, 2015, the First International Congress of Kartvelian Studies, titled Problems and Prospects of Kartvelology,”was held in Tbilisi under the auspices of the Georgian National Academy of Sciences, the Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University, and the Patriarchate of Georgia.
