On June 25–27, 2015, an international seminar focusing on the development and promotion of cultural tourism was held in Odesa, Ukraine. The seminar was organized within the framework of the EU-funded international project Limen: Cultural Ports from the Aegean to the Black Sea. The event was attended by Mariam Didebulidze, the project director for the Georgian team, and Tamar Kaikatsishvili, a representative of the project’s local network from the Department of Tourism and Resorts of Adjara.
To facilitate the sharing of best practices, the Georgian delegates presented reports outlining the strategic development of cultural tourism both within the Adjara region and across Georgia as a whole.
